The female Red-necked Wallaby that spends quite a bit of time around our house has this season's young in the pouch and this afternoon was content to keep on feeding as I took a few close-up photos of her and the youngster.
Lovely Red-necks, Ian. I have taken the liberty of adding your Blog to my list of Aussie Nature Bloggers - which means I get to see all your updated postings. That last photo is a classic, buy the way. The Joey's face shot (sticking out from the pouch) is lovely too. Cheers Denis
Thanks Denis, they are beaufiful wallabies and we are lucky to have them around us. I am enjoying your site and the wealth of natural treasures in Robertson.
